Front Door Window Checking and Adjusting Height






Adjustment Dimensions

• The door window - 1 - must dip in the rear area 9 mm +/- 1 mm - dimension b - into the seal - 7 -.

• The door window - 1 - must dip in the front area 7 mm +/- 1 mm - dimension a - into the seal - 7 -.

• The door window may only protrude beyond front window guide - 4 - by maximum 1 mm to 2 mm - dimension 5 -.

- Measure the immersion depth with the gauge (T10391).

- Run the door window all the way down for the adjustment.

- Remove the caps - 7 - from the underside of the the door.

- Install the adjusting screws - 2 - on the window regulator - 3 - using the socket wrench (T10058) , until the measures are reached.

• One turn = 1 mm adjustment.

• Right turn = door window up, left turn = door window down.
