1 Sunroof glass panel (one-piece safety glass)

Sunroof Glass Panel, Removing => [ Sunroof Glass Panel ] Service and Repair

Sunroof Glass Panel, Adjusting => [ Sunroof Glass Panel, Adjusting Height ] Sunroof Glass Panel, Adjusting Height

2 Panel seal

Adjusting panel seal => [ Panel Seal, Adjusting ] Adjustments

Seal joint at center in rear area.

Panel Seal, Replacing => [ Panel Seal ] Service and Repair

3 Sun shade

Sun Shade, Removing and Installing => [ Sun Shade ] Service and Repair

4 Bolt

Screws are microencapsulated and must always be replaced after removing.

Qty. 4

1.8 Nm

5 Spring glider

Bolted on to sun shade.

Qty. 4

Can be replaced separately

Removing => [ Sun Shade ] Service and Repair

6 Bellows

For covering slotted guide rail.

Removing and Installing => [ Bellows ] Bellows

7 Water channel

Removing => [ Link ] Link

8 Guide locking hook

Removed together with slotted rail

Removing => [ Bellows ] Bellows

9 End piece, upper part

Clipped to lower part of end piece.

Removing => [ Bellows ] Bellows

10 End piece, lower part

Can be replaced separately

Use butyl adhesive sealing cord (AKL 450 005 05 ) for sealing.

11 Assembly unit

Removing and installing installation unit => [ Assembly Unit ] Assembly Unit

If necessary use special grease G 000 450 02 exclusively to grease guide channels, otherwise the functions cannot be guaranteed.

12 Bolt

Screws are microencapsulated and must always be replaced after removing.

3.5 Nm

13 Emergency operation hex key

The emergency operation hex key wrench has been omitted. A standard hex key wrench should be used for emergency operation.

14 Electrical drive motor

Removing => [ Sunroof Glass Panel Drive Motor ] Service and Repair

Drive Motor, Neutral Position, Adjusting => [ Sunroof Glass Panel Drive Motor, Adjusting ] Sunroof Glass Panel Drive Motor, Adjusting

15 Spring

Qty. 2

To open wind deflector.

Clipped in on wind deflector and cannot be replaced individually.

Removing => [ Wind Deflector ] Wind Deflector

16 Wind deflector

Removing => [ Wind Deflector ] Wind Deflector

Adjusting, on vehicles from 08.2005 > => [ Wind Deflector ] Wind Deflector

The adjustable wind deflector should not be retrofitted

17 Bearing for wind deflector

Qty. 2

Clipped in on wind deflector and cannot be replaced individually.

Removing => [ Wind Deflector ] Wind Deflector

18 Front guide

Can be slid individually out of guide rail.

Removing => [ Bellows ] Bellows

19 Rear guide, lower part

Removed together with slotted guide rail.

Removing => [ Bellows ] Bellows

20 Torx screw

Torx T25

Qty. 3 per side

5 Nm

21 Slotted guide rail

22 Spacer
