Lower Oil Pan Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specification





Tighten the new bolts for the lower oil pan in 2 passes in sequence - 1 through 20 - as follows:

- 1. Tighten the bolts to 8 Nm.

- 2. Tighten the bolts an additional 90° (1/ 4 turn).

Upper Oil Pan Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specification





Tighten the new upper oil pan bolts in 2 passes in sequence - 1 through 14 - as follows:

- 1. Tighten the bolts to 15 Nm.

- 2. Tighten the bolts an additional 90° (1/ 4 turn).
