Driver's Interior Locking Button

• The Push Button Illumination (L76) is integrated in the Driver Interior Locking Button (E308) and cannot be replaced separately.

CAUTION!
• Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

• Remove ignition key.

• When removing and installing components in a visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), mask off the areas at which a prying tool (trim removal wedge (VAS 3409), screwdriver) will be positioned, using commercially available adhesive tape.

Removing

- Remove door trim panel.

- Disconnect harness connector - 1 - and remove mounting bolts - 2 -.





- Remove the door opening with the driver's interior locking button from the door trim.

- Disengage the retaining tabs - arrows - and remove the driver's interior locking button from the installation frame.





Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
