Front Interior Light Bulb, with Sunroof

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim removal wedge (VAS 3409)

CAUTION!
• Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

• Remove ignition key.

• When removing and installing components in a visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), mask off the areas at which a prying tool (VAS 3409), screwdriver) will be positioned, using commercially available adhesive tape.

Removing

- Carefully pry the lens out of the Front Interior Light (W1) - arrow - using the (VAS 3409).





- Press the - 1 - front interior light contact plate to the side - arrow - and remove the soffit - 2 - and the contact plate.





- Remove contact plate - arrow - from damaged soffit.





- Insert the contact plate onto the new soffit (12V, 10 W).

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
