1 Dual-mass flywheel

• Make sure centering pins fit securely

• Contact surface for clutch lining must be free of grooves, oil and grease

2 Clutch plate

• Allocation.

• Removing and installing --> [ Clutch, Sachs ] Clutch, Sachs

• Only replace together with pressure plate

• Installation position --> [ Installation position of clutch disc ] Clutch, Sachs

3 Pressure plate

• Allocation.

• With adjustment mechanism

• Removing and installing --> [ Clutch, Sachs ] Clutch, Sachs

• Checking ends of the diaphragm spring --> [ Checking ends of the diaphragm spring ] Clutch, Sachs

• Check spring connections and rivet connections --> [ Checking spring connections and rivet connections ] Clutch, Sachs

• Only replace together with clutch plate

4 Bolt M7 - 20 Nm

• Loosen and tighten in diagonal sequence and in stages
