1 Bolt, 18 Nm

For transmission housing cover

2 Transmission housing cover

If transmission housing cover is removed and installed with transmission installed, drain and refill gear oil --> [ Transmission Oil, Checking and Filling ] Transmission Oil, Checking and Filling

Please note that a small amount of oil escapes when removing cover.

Therefore, gear oil must be topped off to 1.8 L after installing cover.

3 Gasket

4 Bolt, 80 Nm plus an additional 90°

Always replace

Holds plate spring in position with fitting piece on bolt head

Clean synchronizer hub and 5th gear drive gear threaded holes of locking compound residue with a thread tap. Otherwise, there is the danger that the bolts could shear off.

6 Socket head bolt, 25 Nm

For pivot pin to transmission housing
