• Thrust piece (VW 454)

• Thrust pad (VW 447 H)

• Punch (VW 411)

• Centering mandrel (12 - 551)

• Pressure plate (VW 401)

• Punch (VW 408 A)

• - 1 - Internal puller (Kukko 21/2)

• - 4 - Support (Kukko 22/1)

• After dismantling, always replace needle roller bearing in clutch housing and reverse shaft support.

2 Needle bearing

• Pulling out --> [ Pulling needle bearing out of clutch housing ]

• Installing --> [ Pressing needle bearing into clutch housing ]

3 Reverse gear gear-wheel

4 Securing ring

• Always replace after removing

5 Drive gear for reverse gear

• Before replacing, remove circlip

• Shoulder faces toward reverse gear gear-wheel

6 Reverse Shaft

7 Needle bearing

B Internal puller 14.5 to 18.5 mm, e.g. (Kukko 21/2)

• Needle bearing is destroyed when it is removed and must be replaced.
