Headlamp Washer System, Bleeding

After assembly work or when first operating, headlamp washer system must be ventilated to ensure proper function of lift cylinders and spray nozzles.

CAUTION!
Engage the parking brake and ensure the selector lever is in the " P" position.

Procedure

- Fill tank for window washer system and headlamp washer system.

- Start the engine.

- Switch headlamps to "ON".

- Operate headlamp washer system several times (3-5 impulses for every 3 second period).

- If necessary, repeat this ventilation procedure until proper function of lift cylinders and washer nozzles is obtained.
