Bumper Cover

• Before replacing bumper cover, explore possibility of repairing damage to plastic.

• Due to model variations, small deviations must be considered during removal and installation.

Removing

- Remove the left and right side panel tail lamps.

- Remove screws - 4 - in area of left and right wheel housing liner.

- Pry out left and right expanding rivet - 2 - using a screwdriver.

- Remove bolts - 1 -.

- Remove bolts - 5 -.

• A second technician is required for the rest of the removal procedure.

- With a second technician, pull bumper cover - 3 - parallel out of guide profiles.

- Disconnect harness connectors of installed electrical components.





Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.

Make sure gaps are parallel and pay attention to gap dimensions.

Tightening specifications:

Bolt - 1 -: 5 Nm

Bolt - 4 -: 2 Nm

Bolt - 5 -: 2 Nm
