1 Bleeder hose for the crankcase ventilation

• From the cylinder head cover.

2 Ventilation hose

3 Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister purge regulator valve (N80)

4 Vacuum hose

• From the Leak Detection Pump (LDP).

5 Bolt, 9 Nm

6 Fuel rail

7 Fuel supply line

8 Gasket

• Always replace.

• Note installation position:

Casting mark points upward.

9 Intake manifold

• Removing and installing, refer to --> [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.

10 Intake manifold support

11 Bolt, 25 Nm

12 Bolt, 16 Nm

13 O-ring

• Replace if damaged

14 Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor (G71)

• From Model Year (MY) 2009 with integrated with the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor.

15 Bolt, 3.5 Nm

16 Coolant connections

• Phased-in introduction of throttle valve control module without coolant heating.

17 Bolt, 6.5 Nm

18 Throttle valve control module (J338)

• With the throttle drive (for Electronic Power Control (EPC)), throttle drive angle sensor 1 for EPC and throttle drive angle sensor 2 for EPC.

• During replacement, erase the adaptation values and adapt the Engine Control Module (ECM) to the throttle valve control module.

19 Seal

• Replace if damaged.
