Left Rear Footwell Light, without Anti-Theft Alarm System

CAUTION!
• Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

• Remove ignition key.

• When removing and installing components in a visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), mask off the areas at which a prying tool (trim removal wedge (VAS 3409), screwdriver) will be positioned, using commercially available adhesive tape.

• The following components are integrated into the Left Rear Footwell Light (W45):

• Rear Courtesy Light (W45)

• Left Rear Reading Light (W11)

• Right Rear Reading Light (W12)

• The components cannot be replaced separately. The entire Left Rear Footwell Light (W45) must be replaced.

Removing

- Release the retaining tabs - arrows - and remove the trim with the lens from the Left Rear Footwell Light.





- Release the retaining tabs - arrows - and remove the Left Rear Footwell Light from the molded headliner.





- Disconnect electrical connection - arrow -.





Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
