• For vehicles equipped with coded anti-theft radio, note code.

• For work on the shift mechanism in engine compartment, disconnect battery ground (GND) cable

• If battery is reconnected, please note work after reconnecting battery.

• For work on the shift mechanism in engine compartment, remove complete air filter housing.

• To replace shift mechanism cables, remove shift mechanism => [ Shift Mechanism ] Shift Mechanism.

• Do not bend shift mechanism cables.
