Removing

• Headlamp mount already cut out.





- Separate the original connection.

- Remove residual material.





Installing

Replacement part

• Fender connecting plate

- Weld in headlamp mount.

- Affix fender connecting plate and check gap dimensions with attaching parts.

- Weld in new part, Straight-line spot weld seam.





- Weld in remainder of joint, SG continuous seam.
