Windshield Washer System Overview
• The washer fluid tank is installed as a one- or two-part version, depending on equipment. The following illustration shows the two-part version of the windshield/headlamp washer system on the sedan.
1 Spray Nozzles Windshield Washer System

2 Angle Coupling
• Connection to front windshield washer nozzle.

3 Y-Connection
• Allocation of washer fluid line to windshield spray nozzles.
4 Upper Section Of Tank For Windshield Washer System and Headlamp Cleaning System
• Bolts 5 Nm
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Windshield and Headlamp Washer Fluid Reservoir Upper Section ] Windshield and Headlamp Washer Fluid Reservoir Upper Section.
• One-part windshield washer system tank, removing and installing, refer to => [ One-Piece Washer Fluid Reservoir ] One-Piece Washer Fluid Reservoir.
5 Lower Section Of Tank For Windshield Washer System and Headlamp Cleaning System
• Bolts 5 Nm
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Windshield and Headlamp Washer Fluid Reservoir Lower Section ] Windshield and Headlamp Washer Fluid Reservoir Lower Section.
6 Windshield Washer Pump (V5)
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Windshield Washer Pump V5 ] Service and Repair.
• The windshield washer pump can be tested with the vehicle electrical system control module output diagnostic test mode.
7 Angle Coupling
• Connection on Windshield Washer Pump (V5).

8 Windshield Washer Fluid Level Sensor (G33)
