Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim removal wedge (RMCP101)

Removing

- Using (RMCP101) remove the trim cover (2).






- Partially remove the door trim panel (2) as necessary in order to gain access to the mirror, if equipped with electric mirrors..






- Disconnect the electrical connectors (1), if equipped with electric mirrors.






- Remove the bolt (3).






- Remove the mirror (1) from the pillar.

Installing

- Route the mirror wire harness, through the hole (2) then place the side view mirror (1) in position on vehicle, if equipped with electric mirrors.






- Install the bolt (3) and tighten the bolt to 20 Nm (177 in lbs).

- Connect the electrical connectors (1), if equipped with electric mirrors.






- Install the door panel (2), if equipped with electric mirrors.






- Install the mirror trim cover (2).
