Removing






- Remove the positive crankcase ventilation hose (1) from PCV valve (2).

- Remove the PCV valve (2) by pulling it out of the rocker arm cover.

Installing

• The PCV valve should sit approximately 4.3 mm below the top surface of the rocker arm cover nipple. The valve should snap into a molded-in feature at the base of the nipple. Applying a light layer of grease to the PCV valve grommet will aid in assembly. Push the valve into place by applying a load to the top surface of the valve using a socket or handle of a hammer, if necessary.








- Install the PCV valve (2) to rocker arm cover.

- Install the PCV hose (1) to PCV valve (2).
