Right Power Sliding Door Module
B210D - Battery Voltage Low
For a complete wiring diagram, refer to.
• When Monitored: At all times.
• Set Condition: When the power sliding door module detects input voltage less than 10.0 volts for more than 15 seconds, this code will set.
Test Step 1 - Check Engine DTCs
• Ensure the battery is fully charged and serviceable before proceeding.
• With the scan tool, read engine DTCs.
Are there any engine DTCs present?
No
• Go to Test Step 2 => [ Test Step 2 - Test for an Intermittent Condition ] B210D
Yes
• Refer to symptom list for problems related to engine.
Test Step 2 - Test for an Intermittent Condition
• With the scan tool, record and erase DTCs.
• Start the engine and run for two minutes.
• With the scan tool, check for DTCs.
Does the scan tool display B210D - Battery Voltage Low?
Yes
• Go to Test Step 3 => [ Test Step 3 - Check the Fused B+ Circuit for an Open or High Resistance ] B210D
No
• The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time. Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors.
• Perform the Body Verification Test. Refer to => Non-DTC Based Diagnostics. Body Interior
Test Step 3 - Check the Fused B+ Circuit For High Resistance
• Using the scan tool, read the battery voltage of the power sliding door module.
• Using the scan tool, read the battery voltage of the TIPM (Central Gateway).
Is the voltage within 1.0 volt of each module?
Yes
• Replace the power sliding door module.
• Perform the Body Verification Test. Refer to => Non-DTC Based Diagnostics. Body Interior
No
• Repair the fused B+ circuit to the module for high resistance.
• Perform the Body Verification Test. Refer to => Non-DTC Based Diagnostics. Body Interior
