Right Power Sliding Door Module






B210D - Battery Voltage Low

For a complete wiring diagram, refer to.

When Monitored: At all times.

Set Condition: When the power sliding door module detects input voltage less than 10.0 volts for more than 15 seconds, this code will set.






Test Step 1 - Check Engine DTCs

Ensure the battery is fully charged and serviceable before proceeding.

With the scan tool, read engine DTCs.

Are there any engine DTCs present?

No

Go to Test Step 2 => [ Test Step 2 - Test for an Intermittent Condition ] B210D

Yes

Refer to symptom list for problems related to engine.

Test Step 2 - Test for an Intermittent Condition

With the scan tool, record and erase DTCs.

Start the engine and run for two minutes.

With the scan tool, check for DTCs.

Does the scan tool display B210D - Battery Voltage Low?

Yes

Go to Test Step 3 => [ Test Step 3 - Check the Fused B+ Circuit for an Open or High Resistance ] B210D

No

The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time. Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors.

Test Step 3 - Check the Fused B+ Circuit For High Resistance

Using the scan tool, read the battery voltage of the power sliding door module.

Using the scan tool, read the battery voltage of the TIPM (Central Gateway).

Is the voltage within 1.0 volt of each module?

Yes

Replace the power sliding door module.

Perform the Body Verification Test. Refer to => Non-DTC Based Diagnostics. Body Interior

No

Repair the fused B+ circuit to the module for high resistance.
