Exterior Applique

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim removal wedge (RMCP101)

Removing

- Mark reference points before removing.

- Using a heat gun gently apply heat in a circular motion to loosen the adhesive bond.

- Using a nonmetallic prying device, such as (RMCP101) or equivalent, gently pry up at the corners and remove.

- Clean off all traces of adhesive or double sided tape from the panel with a general purpose adhesive remover.

Installing

- Clean the panel surface with isopropyl alcohol.

- Align the appliques to the reference points made during the removal.

- Install and press securely to ensure full adhesive contact

- Clean away any reference marks.
