Engine Block Heater

Removing






- Disconnect the electrical cord plug (2) from the block heater.

- Remove the engine block heater bolt (3) and block heater (1).

Installing






- Clean the engine block core hole and block heater seat.

- Insert the engine block heater (1) into the cylinder block.

- Install the engine block heater bolt (3). Tighten the bolt to 12 Nm (106 in lbs).

- Install the electrical cord plug (2) to the block heater (1).
