Timing Belt Tensioner Pulley and Bracket

Removing






- Remove the timing belt. Refer to => [ Timing Belt ] Timing Belt.

- Loosen the timing belt tensioner bracket pivot bolt (2) at the oil pump housing.

- Remove the timing belt tensioner pulley bracket (3) from the oil pump housing.

Installing






- Position the timing belt tension pulley bracket (3) to the oil pump housing

- Tighten the timing belt tensioner pulley pivot bolt (2). Tighten the bolt to 61 Nm (45 ft lbs).

- Install the timing belt. Refer to => [ Timing Belt ] Timing Belt.
