Accessory Drive Belt Idler Pulley

Removing






- Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to => [ Accessory Drive Belt ] Accessory Drive Belt.

- Remove the idler pulley bolt (1) and pulley (2).

Installing






- Position the idler pulley (2) to the engine.

- Install the idler pulley bolt (1). Tighten the bolt to 28 Nm (21 ft lbs).

- Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to => [ Accessory Drive Belt ] Accessory Drive Belt.
