Fuel Tank Fill Tube

Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.

- Remove the left rear wheelhouse liner..

- Remove the fuel fill tube bracket nut (1).






- Disconnect the vent tube hose (1).






- Loosen and reposition the fuel fill tube hose clamp (1) at the fuel tank.

- Remove the fuel fill tube hose from the fuel tank.






- Remove the fuel fill tube housing (1), gasket (2) and fuel fill tube (3) from the vehicle.






Installing

- Install the fuel fill tube (3), gasket (2) and housing (1).

- Install the fuel fill tube hose to the fuel tank.






- Position and tighten the fuel fill tube hose clamp (1) at the fuel tank.






- Connect the vent tube hose (1).






- Install the fuel fill tube bracket nut (1). Tighten the nut to 12 Nm (106 in lbs).






- Install the left rear wheelhouse liner..

- Connect the negative battery cable.
