Exhaust Manifold

Left Exhaust Manifold





Install the exhaust manifold/catalytic converter bolts (1). Tighten the bolts starting at the center working outward to 28 Nm (21 ft lbs).






Install the exhaust manifold/catalytic converter to cross under pipe bolts. Tighten the bolts to 28 Nm (21 ft lbs).






Install the heat shield (3) and nuts (1). Tighten the nuts to 12 Nm (106 in lbs).






Right Exhaust Manifold

Tighten the studs to 27 Nm (20 ft lbs).





Tighten the exhaust manifold/catalytic converter nuts starting at the center working outward to 23 Nm (17 ft lbs).





Install the heat shield (3), bolt (1) and nuts (2). Tighten the bolt/nut to 12 Nm (106 in lbs).






Install the lower exhaust manifold/catalytic converter to cross under pipe bolts (1). Tighten the bolts to 28 Nm (21 ft lbs).
