Exhaust Pipe with Catalytic Converter, Particulate Filter, and Reduction Catalytic Converter Overview
• If the particulate filter or exhaust pressure sensor 1 (G450) is replaced, the exhaust pressure sensor 1 must be adapted using the vehicle diagnostic tester, guided functions; adapt exhaust pressure sensor 1.

• Replace if damaged.
3 Reduction Catalytic Converter
4 Retaining Clamp
5 Gasket
• Replace
6 AdBlue(R) Injector (N474)
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ AdBlue(R) Injector ] AdBlue(R) Injector.
7 Bolt
• 5 Nm
• Replace
8 Gasket
• Replace
9 Gasket
• Replace
10 Bolt
• 23 Nm
11 Bracket
• For the exhaust pipe with catalytic converter.
12 Nut
• 23 Nm
• Replace

14 Turbocharger
15 Exhaust Pipe with Catalytic Converter
• With a flex joint.
• Do not bend the decoupling element more than 10° or it will be damaged.
• Protect from shocks and impact stress.

• Replace
• Lubricate with hot bolt paste (G 052 112 A3). Refer to the parts catalog.
18 Particulate Filter
• With catalytic converter.
• With the exhaust pressure sensor 1 (G450) pressure line.
19 Suspended Mount
• Replace if damaged
20 Bolt
• 25 Nm
21 Suspended Mount
• Replace if damaged
22 Bolt
• 23 Nm
23 Nut
• 23 Nm
• Replace
24 Suspended Mount
• Replace if damaged.
25 Bolt
• 25 Nm
26 Nut
• 23 Nm
27 Clamping Sleeve
• Tighten the threaded connections evenly.
