1 Wiring Harness

2 Delivery Line

• For the AdBlue(R).

• With AdBlue(R) tank heater (Z104).

• Assembly overview, refer to => [ AdBlue(R) Delivery Line Overview ] Description and Operation.

3 Bolt

• 5 Nm

4 AdBlue(R) Pump (V437)

• With the AdBlue(R) pump heater (Z103).

• With the AdBlue(R) metering system pressure sensor (G686).

• With the AdBlue(R) reversing valve (N473).

5 Seal

• Replace

6 Gasket

• Replace

7 Locking Ring

• 80 Nm

• Remove and install using special wrench (T50014).

8 Delivery Module

• With the AdBlue(R) tank heater (Z102).

• With the AdBlue(R) reservoir sensor (G697).

• With the AdBlue(R) temperature sensor (G685).

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ AdBlue(R) Delivery Module ] AdBlue(R) Delivery Module.

9 Seal

• Replace if damaged.

10 Filter

11 Seal

• Replace if damaged

12 Cap

• For filling

• Accessible from the luggage compartment.
