Coolant Pump and Coolant Thermostat Assembly Overview





1 Seal

• Replace

2 Coolant pump housing

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Coolant Pump ] Service and Repair.

3 Bolt, 8 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn

• Replace

4 Front coolant pipe

5 O-ring

• Replace

6 Seal

• Replace

7 Coolant pump

8 O-ring

• Replace

9 Bolt, 9 Nm

10 Driveshaft for coolant pump

11 O-ring

• Replace

12 Thermostat housing

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Map Controlled Engine Cooling Thermostat ] Service and Repair.

13 O-ring

• Replace

14 Drain plug - 4 Nm

15 Bolt, 9 Nm

• Installation position: the word "Front" faces the direction of travel.

13 Bolt, 22 Nm
