Radiator Grille from January 2011

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Torque wrench 2 to 10 Nm (V.A.G 1783)






Removing

- Remove the bolts - 2 -.

- Remove the radiator grille - 1 - parallel from the front bumper cover - 3 - retainers.

Installation

- Insert the radiator grille - 1 - parallel into the front bumper cover - 3 - and lock carrier.

- Clip the radiator grille - 1 - secure into the front bumper cover - 3 - and lock carrier using light pressure.

• Align both the radiator grille - 1 - and front bumper cover - 2 - with the headlamps.

- Install and tighten the bolts - 2 - to the tightening specification 2.0 Nm.
