Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Wedges (T10383)

• The following describes removing and installing the left mirror cap. Removing and installing right mirror cap is identical.

Removing






- Mirror Glass, Removing, refer to => [ Mirror Glass ] Mirror Glass

- Slide one of the wedges (T10383) between the mirror cap - 1 - and the turn signal - 3 -.

- turn the wedge in the - direction of the arrow a - so that the cap - 1 - is removed from under the trim - 2 - and the hooks - 4 - are disengaged.

- Then remove the mirror cap - 1 - toward the front from the mirror base - arrow b -.

Installation

- Attach the mirror cap - 1 - and press it into the hooks - 4 - until the hooks audibly engage.

• Then the functionality test is performed.
