Interior Monitoring Transceiver Module 2 (G305)

General Description:

Interior Monitoring Transceiver Module 2 (slave) communicates via a separate interface with Radar Interior Monitoring Control Module 1 (G303) (master). It uses microwave technology and monitors the passenger compartment even with the convertible top opened.

Removal

• To remove the interior monitoring transceiver module 2, the anti-theft warning system must be deactivated. Refer to => [ Anti-Theft Alarm System, Activating and Deactivating ] Anti-Theft Alarm System, Activating and Deactivating.

- Switch off ignition, switch off all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

- Remove seat bench.

- Disconnect electrical connection - arrow -.






- Carefully disengage interior monitoring transceiver module 2 from chassis.

Installation

- Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
