• Disconnect the battery before removing components marked with a **.
• A data plate on the lock carrier indicates the refrigerant used and capacity.
1 Dash Panel **
• Removing and installing,
2 Sunlight Photo Sensor (G107) or Sunlight Photo Sensor 2 (G134)
• Checking: use Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B) (or succeeding model).
• Controls temperature door and fresh air blow depending on light intensity.
• Emergency running in the event of failure: the Climatronic control module (J255) utilizes a fixed value.

3 Center Vents

5 Right Vent Temperature Sensor (G151)
• Checking: use Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B) (or succeeding model).

6 Front A/C Display Control Head (E87) with Climatronic Control Module (J255) , Through 18 May 2008
• The Climatronic Control Module and the Front A/C Display Control Head are one component that cannot be disassembled.
• Checking: use Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B) (or succeeding model).

• The fresh air blower control module and the fresh air blower are in a single housing together and cannot be replaced individually.
• Checking: use Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B) (or succeeding model).
