Interior Lamp

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (VAS 3409) or

• Wedge (T10039/1)

• When removing and installing components in a visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), mask off the areas at which a prying tool ( (VAS 3409) , screwdriver) will be positioned, using commercially available adhesive tape.

Removal

- Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

- Carefully pry panel out of interior light using (T10039/1) and (VAS 3409) or a screwdriver.






- Disengage catches - arrows - and fold interior light downward.






- Pull interior light out of trim at lower roof cross member - arrow A - and disconnect harness connectors - arrows -.






Installation

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
