Removing

• The following describes removing and installing the right drip rail. Removing and installing the left drip rail is identical.






- Pry drip rail - 1 - from retaining strip - 2 - starting from top.

- Remove the drip rail - 1 - from the grommet at the bottom of the fender - 3 -.

Installation






- Install the drip rail - 1 - into the grommet - 3 -.

- Push the drip rail - 1 - from underneath into the bracket - 2 -. When doing this, guide the lip on the drip rail - 1 - behind the edge of the windshield.

• When the drip rail is installed, check the sealing lip on the fender. If necessary, smooth out the sealing lip with light pressure.

• Check the position of the upper edge. The lip must be touching the upper edge and must not be above the edge of the roof.
