1 Sunroof Glass Panel
One-Piece Safety Glass
• Sunroof glass panel, removing and installing, refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel ] Service and Repair.
• Sunroof glass panel, adjusting, refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel Height, Adjusting ] Sunroof Glass Panel Height, Adjusting.
2 Panel Seal
• Adjusting panel seal, refer to => [ Panel Seal, Adjusting ] Adjustments.
• Seal joint at center in rear area.
• Panel Seal, Replacing, refer to => [ Panel Seal, Replacing ] Service and Repair.
3 Sun Shade
• Sun shade, removing and installing, refer to => [ Sun Shade ] Service and Repair.
4 Bolt
• 1.8 Nm
• Screws are microencapsulated and must always be replaced after removing.
• Quantity: 4
5 Spring Glider
• Attached to the sun visor.
• Quantity: 4
• can be replaced separately.
6 Bellows
• For covering slotted guide rail.
7 Water Channel
8 Guide Locking Hook
• removed together with slotted rail.
9 End Piece, Upper Part
• Clipped to lower part of end piece.
10 End Piece, Lower Part
• Can be replaced separately.
• Use a (AKL 450 005 05) for sealing.
11 Installation Unit
• Removing and installing installation unit. Refer to => [ Installation Unit ] Installation Unit.
• If necessary use special grease G 000 450 02 exclusively to grease guide channels, otherwise the functions cannot be guaranteed.
12 Bolt
• 3.5 Nm
• Screws are microencapsulated and must always be replaced after removing.
• quantity: 3
13 Emergency Operation Hex Key
• The hex wrench the emergency operation has been discontinued. Use a commercially available hex wrench.
14 Electrical Drive Motor
• Removing, refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel Drive ] Service and Repair.
• Drive Motor, Neutral Position, Adjusting, refer to => [ Sunroof Glass Panel Drive Zero Position, Adjusting ] Sunroof Glass Panel Drive Zero Position, Adjusting.
15 Spring
• Quantity: 2
• To open wind deflector.
• Clipped inside the wind deflector and cannot be replaced individually.
• Removing, refer to => [ Wind Deflector ] Wind Deflector.
16 Wind Deflector
• Removing, refer to => [ Wind Deflector ] Wind Deflector.
• Adjusting, refer to => [ Wind Deflector, Adjusting ] Adjustments.
• The adjustable wind deflector should not be retrofitted.
• Some wind deflectors have balance weights. This can be retrofitted.
17 Wind Deflector Bearing
• Quantity: 2
• Clipped inside the wind deflector and cannot be replaced individually.
• Removing, refer to => [ Wind Deflector ] Wind Deflector.
18 Front Guide
• Can be slid individually out of guide rail.
19 Rear Guide, Lower Part
• Removed together with slotted guide rail.
20 Bolt
• 5 Nm
• TORX T25
• 3 pieces per side
21 Slotted Guide Rail
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Slotted Guide Rail ] Slotted Guide Rail.
22 Spacer
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Slotted Guide Rail ] Slotted Guide Rail.
