Fluid Reservoir With Dryer Cartridge

• Observe notes, Wagon (2009-2011) and Sedan Through MY 2010 => [ Refrigerant Circuit Components Overview ] Refrigerant Circuit Components Overview.

Removing

- Extract refrigerant using A/C service station (ROB134APF) , only then open the refrigerant circuit. See notes, refer to => [ Refrigerant Circuit Components Overview ] Refrigerant Circuit Components Overview or => [ Refrigerant Circuit Components Overview ] Refrigerant Circuit Components Overview.

- Remove front bumper.


There is a danger of ice-up.

Refrigerant leaks out if refrigerant circuit is not discharged.

Refrigerant must be extracted before opening the refrigerant circuit. If refrigerant circuit is not opened within 10 minutes of extraction, pressure may form in refrigerant circuit due to evaporation. Extract refrigerant once more.

- Unscrew mounting bolt - 2 - and remove retaining clip.






- Unscrew bolts - 1 - and pull fluid reservoir with dryer cartridge upward and out.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.

• First tighten the bolts - 1 - to 4.2 Nm ± 0,7 Nm and then the bolt - 2 -.

• When installing cooler, ensure that sealing strips are seated correctly on cooler.
