1 Oil Level Thermal Sensor (G266)

2 Gasket
• Always replace.

3 Bolt
• Always replace.

4 Lower Oil Pan
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Lower Oil Pan ] Lower Oil Pan.

• 9 Nm
6 Oil Baffle
• Always replace.
7 Bolts
• M6: 9 Nm.
• M8: 20 Nm.
8 Oil Pump
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Oil Pump ] Oil Pump.
• Checking the oil pressure and switch. Refer to => [ Oil Pressure and Switch, Checking ] Testing and Inspection.
9 Alignment Bushing
• For centering the oil pump.
10 Chain Tensioner
• For the oil pump drive chain.

19 Upper Oil Pan
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Upper Oil Pan ] Upper Oil Pan.

• Always replace.

22 Oil Intake Pipe
• Clean the screen if it is dirty.
23 Gasket
• Always replace.
• In the oil baffle => [ (Item 6) Oil Baffle ] , mounted permanently.
24 O-ring
• Always replace.
25 O-ring
• No replacement part, part of the check valve.
26 Non-Return Valve
• Always replace.
• Clipped into the oil baffle => [ (Item 6) Oil Baffle ].
27 Oil Drain Plug
• 30 Nm
• Always replace.
• With a permanent seal.
28 Nut
• 9 Nm

Lower Oil Pan Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specification
- Tighten the new bolts in 3 passes in sequence - 1 through 20 - as follows:
1 - Tighten the bolts by hand
2 - Tighten the bolts to 8 Nm.
3 - Tighten the bolts an additional 45° (1/8) turn
Upper Oil Pan Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specification
- Tighten the new bolts in 3 passes in sequence - 1 through 14 - as follows:
1 - Tighten the bolts by hand
2 - Tighten the bolts to 15 Nm
3 - Tighten the bolts an additional 90° (1/4) turn
