Fuel Filler/Rear Lid Remote Unlocking Button

• The Push Button Illumination (L76) is integrated in the Fuel Filler/Rear Lid Remote Unlocking Button (E463), which cannot be replaced separately.

CAUTION!
• Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

• Remove ignition key.

• When removing and installing components in a visible area (switches, covers, trim, etc.), mask off the areas at which a prying tool (trim removal wedge (VAS 3409), screwdriver) will be positioned, using commercially available adhesive tape.

Removing

- Remove door trim panel.

- Disconnect electrical connection - arrow -.





- Disengage the retaining tabs - arrows - and remove the fuel filler/rear lid remote unlocking button from the door trim.





Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
