Front Fender






- Remove the front bumper. Refer to => [ Front Bumper Cover ] Front Bumper Cover.

- Remove the front wheel housing liners. Refer to => [ Front Wheel Housing Liner ] Front Wheel Housing Liner.

- Remove the foam piece between the fender and the longitudinal member => [ (Item 3) Foam piece ] Front Fender Assembly Overview.

- Remove the fillet plate insulation from the wheel housing => [ (Item 5) Fillet plate insulation ] Front Fender Assembly Overview.

- Remove the fender end piece. Refer to => [ Fender End Piece ] Fender End Piece.

- Remove the bolts - 2 -.

- Remove the nut - 3 -.

- Carefully remove fender - 1 -.

Installation

• Install the fender - 1 - so that it is free of tension.






Installing the fender - 1 - is in reverse order of removing.

- For information on the insulation, foam pieces tightening specifications for the bolts - 2 - and nuts - 3 -.

- Pay close attention to the parallel alignment and the gap dimensions.
