Sill Panel Cover Assembly Overview

• The following describes removing and installing the left sill panel cover. Removing and installing the right sill panel cover is identical.

• The illustration shows a left fender. The right fender is identical.






1 Sill panel cover

• Removing, refer to => [ Sill Panel Cover ] Sill Panel Cover

2 Bolt

• Quantity: 4

• Tightening specification: 2 Nm

3 Expanding nuts

• Quantity: 2

4 Expanding nuts

• Gas-tight

• Quantity: 2


Check the gas-tight expanding nuts for damage and replace if necessary.

The expanding nuts seal off the passenger compartment from exhaust gas and must always be replaced if they are damaged.
