Installing (T10096)

In order to secure subframe with brackets, (T10096) must be installed in positions: - 1 -, - 2 -, - 3 - and - 4 - in succession.






(T10096) may only be tightened to a maximum of 20 Nm, since otherwise the threads of the locating bolts will be damaged.

- Replace the bolts of the mounting bracket one after the other on both sides with (T10096) and tighten them to 20 Nm.

Securing Mounting Bracket





- Replace the bracket bolts one after the other with (T10096) and tighten to 20 Nm.

Securing Console





Position of front axle is now secured.

Continue removing the subframe without the steering gear. Refer to => [ steering gear bolts and. ] Subframe without Steering Gear.

Continue removing the subframe with the steering gear. Refer to => [ under subframe. ] Subframe with Steering Gear.

Continue with removing stabilizer. Refer to => [ Remove the stabilizer from subframe and ] Stabilizer Bar.

Removing (T10096)

Removal is performed in the reverse order of installation. Make sure that (T10096) are replaced in succession with new bolts.
