Pressing out tapered roller bearing outer race





Pressing in tapered roller bearing outer race





Pressing off inner race/tapered roller bearing

Pressing on inner race/tapered roller bearing





Pressing off drive gear for 4th gear with tapered roller bearing and sleeve





Pressing off 3rd-gear gear-wheel





Pressing on drive gear for 3rd gear





Pressing on drive gear for 4th gear





Shoulder faces toward 3rd gear.

Pressing on inner race/tapered roller bearing





Pressing on inner race for needle bearing 5th gear





- Beforehand, place thrust washer.

Pressing out tapered roller bearing outer race





Pressing in tapered roller bearing outer race





- Install with shim after adjusting input shaft.

Disassembling and assembling synchronization of 5th gear





1. Springs for locking pieces

2. Locking collar with 3 recesses - arrows A - for locking pieces - 4 -.

Assembling 5th gear locking collar/synchronizer hub





Sliding sleeve is slid over synchronizer hub.

Pointed teeth - A - and shoulder - B - of synchronizer hub face in same direction. Recesses for locking pieces in locking collar and synchronizer hub must line up=> [ Disassembling and assembling synchronization

- Insert locking pieces. Installation position: => [ Disassembling and assembling synchronization

- Install springs offset by 120 degrees under tabs - C -. The angled end of spring must be positioned in front of locking pieces- arrows -.
