1 Transmission housing

• If replacing: Adjust output shaft and differential => [ Adjustment Overview ] Adjustment Overview.

2 Needle bearing

• For output shaft in transmission housing

• Removing => [ Driving out needle bearing ] Transmission and Clutch Housing

• Installing and adjusting => [ Driving in needle bearing to stop ] Transmission and Clutch Housing

3 Oil filler plug, 30 Nm

• Without magnet

4 Tapered roller bearing outer race

• For output shaft in clutch housing

• Removing and installing => [ Output Shaft ] Output Shaft.

• If replacing: Adjusting output shaft => [ Output Shaft, Adjusting ] Output Shaft, Adjusting.

5 Shim

• For output shaft

• Adjustment overview => [ Adjustment Overview ] Adjustment Overview.

6 Shim

• For input shaft

• Adjustment overview => [ Input Shaft, Adjusting ] Input Shaft, Adjusting.

7 Tapered roller bearing outer race

• For input shaft in transmission housing

• Removing and installing => [ Input Shaft ] Input Shaft.

• If replacing: Adjust input shaft => [ Input Shaft, Adjusting ] Input Shaft, Adjusting.

8 Tapered roller bearing outer race

• For input shaft in clutch housing

• Removing and installing => [ Input Shaft ] Input Shaft.

• If replacing: Adjust input shaft => [ Input Shaft, Adjusting ] Input Shaft, Adjusting.

9 Needle sleeve

10 Alignment bushing

• 2x

11 Clutch housing

• If replacing: Adjustment overview => [ Adjustment Overview ] Adjustment Overview.

12 Guide sleeve

• With input shaft seal and vulcanized O-ring

• Driving out seal => [ Driving seal out of guide sleeve ] Transmission and Clutch Housing

• Driving in seal=> [ Driving seal into guide sleeve to stop ] Transmission and Clutch Housing

• Remove guide sleeve to replace seal

• If O-ring is damaged, replace guide sleeve together with O-ring.

13 Socket head cap screw, 20 Nm

• Self-locking

• Always replace

14 Seal

• Replace => [ Removal and Installation ] Table of Contents.

15 Sleeve

• For seal=> [ (Item 14) Seal ]

• Removing => [ Pry out sleeve using
screwdriver ] Transmission and Clutch Housing

• Installing => [ Pulling in sleeve ] Transmission and Clutch Housing

16 Oil seal and sleeve as one part

• If seal is damaged, replace seal and sleeve together

• Removing => [ Pulling out sleeve and seal ] Transmission and Clutch Housing

• Installing => [ Pulling in sleeve and seal ] Transmission and Clutch Housing

17 Oil drain plug, 30 Nm

• Without magnet

18 Tapered roller bearing outer race

• For differential

• Pressing out and pressing in => [ Differential ] Differential.

• If replacing: Adjusting differential => [ Differential, Adjusting ] Differential, Adjusting.

19 Magnet

• Held in place by housing joint surface

20 Oil collector tray

• Installing oil collector tray into transmission housing => [ Installing oil collector tray into transmission housing ] Transmission and Clutch Housing

21 Tapered roller bearing outer race

• For differential

• Pressing out and pressing in => [ Differential ] Differential.

• If replacing: Adjusting differential => [ Differential, Adjusting ] Differential, Adjusting.

22 Shim

• For differential

• Adjustment overview => [ Adjustment Overview ] Adjustment Overview.

23 Seal

• Replace => [ Removal and Installation ] Table of Contents.
