Adjusting Information

Prior to adjusting the door window, the setting of the door with respect to the body and the correct seating of the seal in the roof molding must be checked and adjusted if necessary.

The vehicle must be on a level surface on the ground.

Step 1: adjust the fixed rear door window.

Step 2: adjust the rear door window.

Step 3: adjust the front side window.

4. Step 4: adjust the B-pillar trim.

The height and angle of the fixed door window are adjusted at the same time.

Adjustment Dimensions

Fixed door window - 1 - must maintain height dimensions - b and d - with respect to the roof molding - 7 - of 4 mm +/- 1 mm.

Fixed door window - 1 - must maintain depth dimensions - a and c - with respect to roof molding - 7 - of 6 mm +/- 1 mm.

Adjust Height

- Remove the lower plugs and fold the window shaft seal to the side.

- Loosen, but do not remove the bolts - 4 and 5 -.

- Adjust the height of the door window - arrow b -.

- Tighten the bolts - 4 and 5 - to the tightening specification: 9 Nm.

Adjust Angle

- Remove the lower plugs and fold the window shaft seal to the side.

- Loosen, but do not remove the bolts - 4 and 5 -.

- Adjust the angle of the door window - arrow a -.

- Tighten the bolts - 4 and 5 - to the tightening specification: 6 Nm.
