Electric and Electronic Component Locations

The electric components are located in the transmission.

Only the selector lever sensor system control module (J587) and shift lock solenoid (N110) are located on the selector lever.





1 Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) Mechatronic (J743)

• Behind the large panel cover.

• Removing and installing, refer to one of the following:

2 Transmission Input Speed (RPM) Sensor (G182) and Clutch Oil Temperature Sensor (G509)

• Before the sensor can be removed, the DSG Mechatronic must be removed. Refer to => [ Mechatronic Unit, Transmission Installed ] Mechatronic Unit, Transmission Installed.

3 Selector Lever (E313)
