Fan Shroud, Removing and Installing

Removing

Proceed as follows:

- Remove the cover for the air guide; disengage the side clips to do so - arrows -.





- Unclip the lower air guide, disengage the clips to do so - arrows -.





- Remove the lower air guide together with the air guide hose.

- Remove the bolts - 1 - from the top.





- Remove noise insulation => Body Exterior 50 noise insulation.

- Disconnect electrical connector - 2 -.





- Remove the bolts - 3 - and remove the fan shroud downward.

Installing

• Tightening specifications => [ Radiator, Fan Shroud and Radiator Fan, Passat, Rabbit, Eos and Scirocco, Assembly Overview ] Radiator, Fan Shroud and Radiator Fan, Passat, Rabbit, Eos and Scirocco, Assembly Overview.

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:
