Seat Back Cover and Cushion







Seat Back Cover and Cushion

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Trim Removal Wedge (RMCP101)

On all leather trimmed seats, back cover can be removed from the back foam pad. On cloth trimmed seats, the back cover does not separate from the foam pad.

Removing

- Remove the seat back. Refer to => [ Seat Back ] Seat Back.

- Remove the headrest sleeve. Refer to => [ Headrest Sleeve ] Headrest Sleeve.

- Using trim removal wedge (RMCP101) , remove the pull strap bezel.

- Unzip the trim cover sides.

- Open up the trim cover lower closeout.

- Roll over the cover and cushion and pull to the top of the frame.

Installing

- Locate stow strap underneath cushion/cover and pull the end of the strap through the slit of the cover.

- Invert cover and install cushion on to the back frame.

- Close up the cover lower closeout.

- Slide the stow and go strap through the bezel. Push bezel onto the back frame slot underneath the cover.

- Install the headrest sleeve. Refer to => [ Headrest Sleeve ] Headrest Sleeve.

- Install the seat back. Refer to => [ Seat Back ] Seat Back.
