Rear HVAC Control

• Take the proper precautions to protect the face of the overhead console from cosmetic damage during this service procedure.

Removing

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.






- Remove the rear overhead console (3) and place it on a workbench.

- Disconnect the wire harness connector (2) from the back of the rear HVAC control (1).

- Remove the two screws (4) that secure the rear HVAC control to the rear overhead console and remove the control.

Installing






- Position the rear HVAC control (1) to the rear overhead console (3) and align the control to the two plastic guide posts on the top of the console.

- Install the two screws (4) that secure the rear HVAC control to the rear overhead console. Tighten the screws to 1.2 Nm (10 in lbs).

- Connect the wire harness connector (2) to the back of the rear HVAC control.

- Install the rear overhead console.

- Connect the negative battery cable.

- Calibrate the HVAC control.
