Exhaust Manifold

Left Exhaust Manifold





Install the crossover pipe to left exhaust manifold bolts (2) and nuts (4). Tighten the bolts to 41 Nm (30 ft lbs).





Install the heat shield (2) to the exhaust manifold (1).

Install the remaining exhaust manifold bolts (4). Tighten ALL exhaust manifold bolts to 23 Nm (17 ft lbs).






Right Exhaust Manifold





Install the upper crossover pipe to right exhaust manifold bolts (2) and nuts (4). Tighten the bolt to 41 Nm (30 ft lbs). Left side fasteners shown, right side similar.





Install the remaining exhaust manifold bolts (3). Tighten all the exhaust manifold bolts to 23 Nm (17 ft lbs).

Install the lower crossover pipe to right exhaust manifold bolt and nut through the left front wheel opening using a long ratchet extension. Install the lower bolt (2) and nut (4). Tighten the bolt to 41 Nm (30 ft lbs). Left side fasteners shown, right side similar.
