Power Sliding Doors Inoperative, DTC B2271 or B2272 Stored in Fault Memory

The Power sliding doors will not open from any of the switches. The doors will work in the manual mode. There may be Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) stored.

This bulletin involves flash reprogramming the Power Sliding Door Module Rear Left and/or Right (PSDML/PSDMR) with new software.

If the customer states that the Power Sliding Doors can not be opened from any of the door switches, perform the repair procedure. Using a Scan Tool (StarMobile(R)) with ElsaWeb and the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures, verify all other door systems are functioning as designed.
