Transfer Shaft Speed Sensor






The transfer shaft speed sensor (3) is a two wire magnetic pickup device that generates alternating current signals as rotation occurs.






The transfer shaft speed sensor (1) is bolted to the case and uses a O-ring (2) to seal it to the case.






The transfer shaft speed sensor (3) is located at the rear of the case. It reads rotation of the front annulus/rear carrier assembly.
